Our Culture

The skills of our entire salon are available to you. We don’t lock you into one stylist. Meeting your salon and spa service needs and busy schedule is our top priority. Each design tech has areas of expertise that, in combination, offer you a palette of personal image-enhancement options that is truly unrivaled.

Cancellation Policy

Appointment reminders are provided with voice, text message or email. With that said, we understand that sometimes your schedule may change. In consideration of other guests and our service providers, we ask that you provide us with 24 hour notice (before the scheduled time of your appointment) if you need to change/or reschedule. If no notice is given, you may be charged  50% (of your scheduled appointment) as a cancellation fee. While we aim to be flexible, if your delay conflicts with another appointment, time may be adjusted.

Cell Phones and Children

We have created a place for you to relax and experience the ultimate in services. Please turn cell phones in the vibrate position. For your comfort, as well as others, we ask that children not accompany our guests for their scheduled appointments, unless they are receiving services themselves.

Product Exchange

Products may be returned with a receipt for an exchange only within 14 days of purchase.

We are Environmentally Friendly

Our Studio in many ways is “green”, and was designed with that in mind. The sub-flooring that is throughout the studio as well as the steel beaming used is recycled. We recycle paper, cardboard, plastic, and tinfoil at our location. We also encourage our guests to collect classic bottle caps and bring them in during your next visit because AVEDA will be using what we collect to manufacture new bottle caps for our products.

Support Artists

Each year Dimensions gives a scholarship to a Carver High School Student that is continuing their education in the arts. We continue to support artists by using our studio as an outlet to display and sell their work.
